I offer a range of long-term and short-term therapies for individuals (young people, adults, later life stages).
All sessions are one-to-one, with each session lasting 50 minutes, once-weekly unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
What you choose to talk about will be heard in confidence.
You will be free to talk safely and without fear of rejection, judgement or blame.
Telephone Contact
If I am not immediately available by telephone, while in session, I cannot return phone calls. I make every effort to return calls except holidays and weekends. Please leave time frames when you are most likely to be available and I will do my best to return your call then. You can also contact me via email info@claireslater.co.uk
If your call is urgent, please specify this on the voice mail system. If you have privacy block please temporarily remove it so I may return your call.

Please note that you will be expected to pay for sessions you have missed, unless you contact me 2 working days in advance to cancel.
This enables me to maintain your regular appointment time for the duration of your therapy. Cancellations for Monday - Please be aware if your appointment, or any subsequent appointments, fall on a Monday, then you will need to cancel by midday on the Friday beforehand.
Payments via health insurers
I am recognised by the following UK health insurers: BUPA, WPA and Simplyhealth. Please check the policy terms of your health insurance with your insurer before you make an appointment so you can be sure you have sufficient cover, and to obtain authorisation for the appointment. The fees are ultimately your responsibility and I am not able to become involved in correspondence with your insurance provider on your behalf regarding fees.
